Processing Time:
All orders are confirmed by call before dispatch. Once order is confirmed, it will be processed within one day and delivery within 3-5 business days.
Orders are not shipped on public holidays or in bad weather conditions.
Shipping Rates and Methods:
We offer Cash on delivery, and payment by Bank transfer.
Shipping charges of Rupees 150 to 200 will be applied on all orders.
Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount.
When you place order, you will receive an order placed email confirming that you have placed the order. When your order is shipped, you will receive another shipment confirmation email which includes your tracking ID and address details.
Delivery Delays:
If you do not receive your order within 6 days, please contact us so that we could check and investigate.
We will not ship to P.O. box Addresses. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.
Lost Parcels:
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, first please contact with the courier we used to send you the parcel. You can also contact us at info@redspot.com.pk . We will check with the courier and will try to resolve the issue. If your parcel is genuinely lost or misplaced, we will send your order again with free shipping.
If you receive a damaged parcel, please return it to the courier and contact us. We will send your order again with free shipping.
Change in delivery Address:
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. If for some reason you want to change your address, we will do so as long as your order has not been dispatched.

We offer payment by Credit Card or payment by Western Union, MoneyGram, on all International orders.

All International Orders cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
Please note that we are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied in your country. Once the shipment is done, the customer will bear all charges (customs, tariffs, VAT, taxes, etc.) imposed by law in your country.
Lost and Damaged Parcels:

If you receive a damaged parcel, please inform us by email and send us the pictures of damage item. We will make compensation by giving you partial of full refund.
P.O. Box Shipping:
We will not ship to P.O. box Addresses. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.
